We do not pressure our customers to make a purchase, instead of traditional salespersons, we have NON COMMISSIONED product knowledge specialist who treat our customers equally no matter the size of the purchase.
After the purchase is made we do not use third party delivery or installation personnel. We do everything in house and that means full accountability. Good service means taking care of our customers if something goes wrong during the life of the appliance. Our technology allows to instantly find record of your purchase and we handle all service issues ourselves. We do not refer our customers elsewhere, we handle everything.
