ONLINE AND IN-STORE PURCHASES
Our company strives for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide. We ask that customers check all the features and specification of the products they are ordering before placing the order.
Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately at 905-306-1020 before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any defects or damage to Appliance Love immediately.
- All sales are considered final.
- All damages must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
- All product has a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty (some exceptions may apply).
- All product defects or recalls are subject to manufacturer’s warranty
- All defects will be inspected by a factory technician prior to Returns Authorization to assess the issue
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to drop-off or pickup of products.
- If an authorized return is approved, we will complete the exchange for the same model. A re-selection will be offered if no replacement is available.
- No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
- All authorized returns or exchanges must have original packaging.
- All authorized returns and exchanges on new, undamaged product are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus applicable delivery charges.
- Pickup orders require return-authorized returns/exchanges to be conducted at location of original pickup.
Special Order Items
- Special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Floor Model/Open Box Policy
- All sales are final.
- All items are sold "AS-IS".
- All items come with the original manufacturer's warranty.
- Items do not come with a box.
- No returns or exchanges on floor models and open box items.
- All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit even if they are not yet delivered or picked up.
- No Buyer's Remorse period to cancel an order.
